"Improve Your Game" Membership — Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

The membership is operated by The Golf Cove S.L. ("The Golf Cove", "we"), Hotel Eurostars Gallery, Paseo Marítimo s/n, Locals 6-7, 35610 Caleta de Fuste, Antigua, Las Palmas, Spain. Contact: theteam@thegolfcove.es · WhatsApp +34 646 875 351.

2. What the membership includes

  1. 10 × 30-minute solo practice sessions per calendar month on our golf simulators.
  2. A personal data-onboarding session on signup — we set you up to get the best out of your numbers.
  3. 10% off bar purchases for the member (applied at the till as the named member discount, MEMBER10).
  4. One guest pass per quarter (one accompanying guest's session free, once per 3 months).

3. Sessions — how they work

  1. Sessions are for solo practice by the named member. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
  2. Sessions reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. Unused sessions are not refunded, credited or transferred.
  3. Sessions are booked like any other booking and are subject to bay availability. There are currently no peak-time restrictions; if the venue's occupancy materially increases we may introduce reasonable fair-use booking windows, with at least 30 days' notice.
  4. Anyone joining the member in a bay books and pays as a normal customer (except when using the quarterly guest pass).

4. Price and billing

  1. The membership costs €79.99 per month, billed monthly in advance to the card saved on file via our payment provider (Square).
  2. Prices may change with at least 30 days' written notice; if you don't accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
  3. If a monthly payment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days, the membership pauses until payment is made.

5. Cancelling

  1. You can cancel at any time — no contract, no notice period, no fee. Tell us in person, by email or WhatsApp.
  2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; you keep your remaining sessions until then. We don't part-refund started months.
  3. As the service starts immediately with your consent, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to the unused portion only, per Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007).

6. Membership places

Founding membership is limited to 30 places. If a place is reserved but the signup visit isn't completed within 14 days, the place may be released to the waitlist.

7. House rules and liability

  1. Members follow the same house and safety rules as all customers; we may suspend or end a membership (with a pro-rata refund of the unused period) for serious or repeated breaches.
  2. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

8. Your data

We process your details (name, contact, payment token, session usage, simulator performance data) to run the membership, under our privacy policy. Simulator data is yours — we use it to run your onboarding and progress tracking, and never sell it. Marketing emails only with your separate opt-in.

9. General

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer disputes may go to the courts of the consumer's domicile. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

1. Quiénes somos

2. Qué incluye

  1. 10 sesiones de práctica individual de 30 minutos al mes natural en nuestros simuladores.
  2. Sesión personal de configuración de datos al darse de alta, para sacar el máximo partido a sus datos desde el primer swing.
  3. 10% de descuento en el bar para el socio (descuento nominal aplicado en caja, MEMBER10).
  4. Un pase de invitado por trimestre.

3. Las sesiones

  1. Sesiones de práctica individual del socio titular. La membresía es personal e intransferible.
  2. Las sesiones se renuevan al inicio de cada mes natural y no se acumulan. Las no utilizadas no se reembolsan ni transfieren.
  3. Reserva sujeta a disponibilidad. No hay restricciones horarias actualmente; si la ocupación aumenta de forma sustancial podremos introducir ventanas razonables de uso, con un mínimo de 30 días de preaviso.
  4. Los acompañantes reservan y pagan como clientes normales (salvo el pase de invitado trimestral).

4. Precio y facturación

  1. 79,99 € al mes, cobrados mensualmente por adelantado a la tarjeta guardada (Square).
  2. Cambios de precio con un mínimo de 30 días de preaviso por escrito; puede cancelar antes de que surtan efecto.
  3. Si un cobro falla y no se resuelve en 7 días, la membresía queda en pausa hasta el pago.

5. Cancelación

  1. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento — sin permanencia, sin preaviso, sin coste. En persona, por email o WhatsApp.
  2. La cancelación surte efecto al final del mes pagado en curso; conserva sus sesiones restantes hasta entonces. No se reembolsan parcialmente meses iniciados.
  3. Al comenzar el servicio de inmediato con su consentimiento, el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días se aplica solo a la parte no disfrutada (RDL 1/2007).

6. Plazas

Membresía fundacional limitada a 30 plazas. Las reservas no formalizadas en 14 días podrán liberarse a la lista de espera.

7. Normas y responsabilidad

  1. Aplican las mismas normas de la casa y de seguridad que a todos los clientes; podremos suspender o cancelar una membresía (con reembolso prorrateado del periodo no disfrutado) por incumplimientos graves o reiterados.
  2. Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse conforme a la ley española.

8. Sus datos

Tratamos sus datos (contacto, token de pago, uso de sesiones, datos de rendimiento del simulador) para gestionar la membresía, conforme a nuestra política de privacidad. Sus datos del simulador son suyos; nunca se venden. Comunicaciones comerciales solo con su consentimiento expreso.

9. General

Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Resolución de litigios en línea de la UE: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
